Select Board · Meeting of March 4, 2026

Ashland Select Board approves livery license for Premium Car Services. The five-member board voted unanimously to issue the license to Dmitry Shuster for his one-vehicle service, which operates a 2026 Chevrolet Suburban garaged when not in use. In separate business, the board opened the 2026 Boston Athletic Association Community Grant Round and appointed board members Brandi Kinsman and Claudia Bennett to oversee the selection process.

Introduced as this year's Marathon runners were six Ashland residents: Talita, Sam Thurston, Wilson Lin, Tiffany Barry, Dimitra Edwards, Nick Kynoch, and Ari Dinerman. The board also unanimously accepted a $500,000 MassDOT Complete Streets Award for improvements at the Union Street and Fountain Street intersection, including new crosswalks, traffic signals, and a five-foot bike lane.
