Ashland Sustainability Committee approves Skip the Stuff bylaw framework. Chair Ashwin Ratanchandani and the committee voted to exclude mandatory restaurant signage and enforcement penalties from a draft ordinance modeled on Wellesley's rule, with Sustainability Project Manager Sam Riley recommending continued Board of Health engagement during implementation. The committee approved a six-month grace period for restaurants and agreed to pursue an April 26 Earth Day event.

Cara Hulme is developing a Sustainable Building Best Practices training resource; the committee approved adding Elham as an official member and voted unanimously to accept February 19 minutes.
