ASHLAND — Planning Board approves two ANR plans, continues third application. The Board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required plan for 37 James Road combining two parcels into five lots to address a financing concern, with Attorney George Connors representing property owner Mr. Wheeler.
A second ANR for 40 and 42 Whittemore Drive, a 761-square-foot boundary line adjustment between neighbors, also passed 5-0. The Board moved the Site Plan Review decision for 240-260 Pleasant Street to May 28 pending clarification on turf field material and hybrid infill conditions, and continued the Special Permit and Site Plan Review for 55 Tilton Avenue to June 11 to address Conservation Commission requirements.
