ASHLAND — Planning Board approves Pleasant Street recreational site plan with conditions. The board unanimously backed the MetroWest Facilities LLC development at 240-260 Pleasant Street, incorporating a signed illicit discharge statement requirement prior to construction and authority-determined lighting operating hours. Four members present voted to approve the decision, close the public record, and re-approve with a memo to the Select Board.
