ASHLAND — The Ashland Conservation Commission approved a stormwater management permit for the Highland Road and Ballard Road subdivision, requiring Depietri Group, LLC to post surety bonds totaling $213,473 in two phases. Conditions include phased site clearing with internal erosion controls and restrictions on impervious surfaces to 300 square feet per lot. The Commission also ratified emergency work on a collapsed Shore Road culvert and continued a contested hearing on contaminated-site remediation for a Main Street development to June 22, 2026, pending peer review and a site visit.
