Town Forest Committee approves bog bridge repairs and bench donations.

Ashland Town Forest Committee votes to repair bog bridges and accept Lions Club benches. Co-Chairs Cara Hulme and Mike Jones presided as the committee passed a motion 4-0-0 to repair bog bridges along the power lines near the cave loop trail, with work scheduled for August. The committee voted 3-0-0 to accept benches from the Lions Club and 4-0-0 to renew memberships in SVT and NEMBA for June.
The committee also voted to assume the "Old Road" as part of Town Forest land, expanding the protected acreage.
