Ashland Records 20 Property Sales as Hardwick Road Home Tops $1.6 Million
Twenty properties changed hands in Ashland from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19, according to deeds recorded at the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds. Eleven of the 20 sales have a recorded price so far, ranging from $450,000 to $1,599,000 with a median of $685,000. The period's highest-priced sale was 82 Hardwick Road at $1,599,000. Four of the 20 transfers were on Captain Eames Circle, and seven of the nine sales still awaiting a recorded price list matching family names on both sides of the deed, a pattern often tied to trust transfers. Price data for the remaining sales typically appears within about a week of recording.
