Ashland home sales range from $450,000 to $1.225 million in August, but most recorded deeds involved no sale price
Ashland recorded 17 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 24, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $1,225,000 with a median of $650,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 35 Orchard Rd at $1,225,000, sold by trustees Edward and Karen Slein to Thomas and Theresa Wasylenko. Notably, 10 of the 17 recorded deeds were transfers between the same or related names, a pattern consistent with trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, meaning the transaction count alone does not indicate market pace.
