Ashland home sales range from $450,000 to $735,000 in August deed filings
Ashland recorded 18 property transfers from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, but only seven carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $735,000 with a median of $535,000. The month's top sale was 84 W. Union St. at $735,000, followed by 6 Fox Hill Rd. at $685,000 and a condo at 431 America Blvd. at $650,000. Captain Eames Circle saw three separate transfers, the most of any street. Nearly half of all recorded deeds, eight of 18, moved property between family members or into trusts rather than through open-market sales, limiting how much the data reveals about overall market direction this period.
