Six Ashland Properties Sell For More Than $1 Million In Late July

Ashland recorded 18 property transfers between July 17 and July 30, 13 with a disclosed sale price. Prices ranged from $350,000 to $1.7 million, with a median of $860,000. The period's top sale was a $1.7 million transfer with no listed street address, from Ballard Highland LLC to Starboard Homes LLC. Six of the 13 disclosed sales, nearly half, priced above $1 million, including 3 Deer Ridge Rd. ($1,155,000) and 197 Main St. ($1,100,000). Five transfers, several within the same family or into a personal trust, did not disclose a price.
