The period's top sale was a $1.7 million transfer with no listed street address, from Ballard Highland LLC to Starboard Homes LLC. Six of the 13 recorded sales, nearly half, priced above $1 million, including 3 Deer Ridge Rd. ($1,155,000) and 197 Main St. ($1,100,000). Five transfers, several within the same family or into a personal trust, had no price recorded yet.
