Ashland's priciest sale this period topped $1.5 million as three transactions crossed the seven-figure mark

The South Middlesex Registry of Deeds recorded 20 Ashland property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, though only 10 included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $450,000 to $1,599,000 with a median of $610,000. The month's top sale was 82 Hardwick Rd. at $1,599,000, sold by Peter and Leslie Marci to Jennifer and John F. Ceredona. Captain Eames Circle led in volume with four transfers. Several sales involved property moving into family trusts or settling estates rather than open-market transactions. With half the dataset lacking price data, the period's overall pricing direction cannot be fully assessed from disclosed figures alone.
