The month's top sale was 35 Orchard Rd, which sold for $1,225,000 on July 31, followed by three more sales above $1 million on Deer Ridge Road, Main Street and Christy Lane. Seven of the 18 deeds had no price recorded yet; six of those appear to be transfers within the same family into a trust. Five of the 18 sales were condominium units. The data shows a spread of price points across the month without a concentration on any single street.
