Ashland home sales span $490,000 to $1.225 million as four deals top $1 million
Ashland recorded 18 property transfers between July 24 and August 22. Of the 11 deeds with a disclosed price, sales ranged from $490,000 to $1,225,000, with a median of $680,000. The month's top sale was 35 Orchard Rd, which sold for $1,225,000 on July 31, followed by three more sales above $1 million on Deer Ridge Road, Main Street and Christy Lane. Seven of the 18 deeds did not disclose a price; six of those appear to be transfers within the same family into a trust. Five of the 18 sales were condominium units. The data shows a spread of price points across the month without a concentration on any single street.
