Ashland home sales span $260,000 to $1,599,000 as 20 deeds record
Ashland recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with sale prices on 11 of them ranging from $260,000 to $1,599,000 and a median of $729,990. The month's top sale was 82 Hardwick Road at $1,599,000, followed by 7 Hayden Lane at $1,200,000 and 27 Heritage Avenue at $1,135,000. Nine sales, including a cluster on Leland Farm Road and Algonquin Trail, had no price yet on file, a normal reporting lag rather than a withheld figure. Eight transfers were family or living trust transactions, and Captain Eames Circle alone accounted for four transfers, suggesting steady condo turnover alongside single-family sales.
