Ashland Home Sales Range From $355,000 To $795,000 In September
Eighteen Ashland properties were recorded sold between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Nine carried a recorded price, ranging from $355,000 to $795,000 with a median of $581,000; the other nine show price not yet available, typical of the registry's recording lag. The month's top sale was a $795,000 condominium at 8 Lantern Way, Unit 8LW, followed closely by two $785,000 sales at 155 Prospect St. and 8 Woodridge Lane. Seven of the 18 deeds were transfers into family or living trusts rather than sales to new buyers, and none of those carried a price. The data alone doesn't indicate whether conditions favor buyers or sellers this period.
