Ashland Conservation Commission approves residential certificate and wetland restoration. The Commission unanimously approved a partial certificate of compliance for 12 Harrington Drive, releasing the house and garage structures outside the Buffer Zone to Andrew Larracey. The Commission also accepted a restoration plan for 11 Dianne Lane addressing less than 500 square feet of unpermitted landscaping in wetland resource areas; the plan includes native seeding and plantings of witch hazel, pepper bushes, and river birches beginning in spring.
Three applications were continued to February dates pending applicant updates, the Commission approved bird banding research at Warren Woods, and an Enforcement Order for zoning violations at 0 Pond Street is pending at the next meeting.
