Conservation Commission approves Dianne Lane patio, continues developments

Ashland Conservation Commission approves patio permit and continues development reviews. Commission voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions at 11 Dianne Lane allowing a patio to remain after restoration plantings and installation of eight boundary marks. The Commission also approved resource area delineations at 0 Caroline Road (5-0-2) and 366 Pleasant Street (unanimous).

Major applications continued to June 1: the 55 Tilton Avenue residential and commercial project (14 units) pending stormwater peer review, and the 14 West Mountain Lane residential project regarding erosion control. The Ballard Road and Highland Road subdivision continued to May 18 for drainage coordination.
