Ashland Conservation Commission approves stormwater permit for West Mountain Lane project. Chair Gregory Wands and the six-member Commission unanimously approved a stormwater management permit (SMP2026-4) after the applicant added engineering modifications, including soil stockpile area and pre-blast notification requirements; vote was 6-0-0. The Commission ratified two emergency tree-removal certifications unanimously: at 7 Lucy French Way (three hazard trees) and 54 Strobus Lane (trees with decay and invasive pests); both votes 6-0-0.

Unanimous approval also went to an Ashland Bark Park tool shed for an Eagle Scout project.
