Ashland Zoning Board continued its public hearing on a 116-unit rental development at 55 West Union Street, deferring key decisions to March 10. Applicant representatives requested a modification of stormwater testing requirements and flagged sewer relocation costs of $40,000 to $50,000 for further consultation with town engineers and counsel. Architect Talia Cannistra reported that the project's design now incorporates five percent accessible units (six units), refined façade articulation, and white vinyl fencing per abutter request, with the architectural peer reviewer satisfied with the revisions.
