Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals continues 40B housing hearing. Chair John Trefethen and members Brian Forestal, Stuart Siegel, and Ryan Sullivan unanimously granted a continuance of the public hearing on a proposed 116-unit mixed-income residential development at 55 West Union Street, moving the session to February 24, 2026. The project, filed by 55 West Union LLC, includes 87 market-rate rental units and 29 income-restricted units for households earning at or below 80 percent of area median income on a 4.9-acre Commercial Highway District parcel.
The hearing has continued repeatedly since August 2025.
