ASHLAND — Zoning Board of Appeals continues 55 West Union Street 40B hearing to June 23. Chair John Trefethen, Members Brian Forestal and Ryan Sullivan, and Associate Members Stuart Siegel and Kiran Gurran reviewed 28 waiver requests from applicant 55 West Union LLC for a proposed 116-unit rental development on 4.9 acres in the Commercial Highway District, approving most procedural and dimensional waivers. The Board advanced the close of the hearing to June 23 pending completion of soil boring analysis and clarification of the sewer line placement, which Trefethen identified as a major outstanding issue requiring resolution before the Board drafts a decision.
