Ashland Town Forest Committee approves UTV repairs with costs divided across two budgets. Co-Chairs Cara Hulme and Mike Jones oversaw approval 3-0-0 of the $350 roundtrip service fee, split between 2025-26 and 2026-27 accounts. The committee assigned trail-clearing work across six subcommittee members and scheduled a May 30 forest bathing event with a five-dollar suggested donation.
Colin Large will lead an initiative to plant alternative tree species, with four new boundary markers and updated map posts due by May 3rd.
