On Skip the Stuff, Ratanchandani shared a letter from Mike Kane urging a voluntary educational program over a bylaw, citing enforcement obstacles; Pelletier suggested cost-savings messaging would resonate more effectively with small businesses, while Sustainability Project Manager Sam Riley noted Board of Health concerns about compliance penalties.
