Planning Board continues mixed-use Tilton Avenue hearing to July 9. The board unanimously voted to postpone the public hearing for a proposed three-story building with 14 apartment units and two contractor bays from June 25 to allow full board participation, as Member Anna Tesmenitsky will be unavailable on the original date and Member Patricia Kendall has recused herself. The project is being developed by Tilton Sunrise LLC at 55 Tilton Avenue in the Ashland Downtown District (C zone).
The board also noted an upcoming scenic road hearing on June 25 and scheduled a reorganization of leadership roles for its July meeting.
