Planning Board approves Pleasant Street duplex site plan after Zoning Board changes. Chair Paul Montesino, Vice Chair Anna Tesmenitsky, members Tricia Kendall, Deepa Venkat, and Scott Pelletier, and Associate Member Angel Khazadian voted unanimously, 5-0-0, to approve the Site Plan Review for applicant James MacDonald's project at 167-169 Pleasant Street, which involves demolishing the front building, renovating the rear structure, and adding six parking spaces with farmer's porches and three new trees; MacDonald anticipates construction beginning in late September pending Conservation Commission approval.
