Open Space panel reviews draft recreation plan.

Open Space & Recreation Committee · Meeting of February 17, 2026

ASHLAND — Open Space and Recreation Committee reviews draft recreational plan. The seven-member panel, meeting virtually, spent the session discussing the draft Open Space and Recreation Plan by section, with Chairperson Roberta Soolman collecting written edits for compilation into a formal committee response. Committee members asked for the draft converted to a Word document to enable tracked editing.

The committee voted 6-0-1 (Greg Wands abstaining) to send an email blast notifying the public of a Conservation Commission hearing on March 2 regarding a 40B development at 10-60 Main Street.
