With year-to-date 2026 spending at zero and $10,000 in current funds plus $6,788 in reserve, the council is planning scholarship marketing while awaiting clarification on reserve fund use from town officials.
The Traffic Box community art project continues with artist Tara Bilotti painting one box and helping students paint others; Bilotti will present to the Traffic Commission on February 10.
