Conservation Commission issues enforcement order against Pond Street property

Ashland Conservation Commission issues enforcement order against property owner at Pond Street. The board voted unanimously to compel removal of containers from 0 Pond Street (ENZO Realty LLC), citing wetland delineation failures and zoning violations after the property owner failed to attend three consecutive required meetings. Conservation Agent Becca Solomon reported that Building Commissioner fines and Conservation Commission fines remain unpaid.

Daily fines per violation will be assessed if containers are not removed by March 9, with the matter likely to proceed to district court if compliance is not achieved.
