Ashland Conservation Commission approves peer review, continues two development hearings to March 30. Vice Chair Carl Hakansson reported that applicant The Gutierrez Company has agreed to route 75 percent of impervious areas to infiltration systems and achieve 81 percent Total Suspended Solids removals at the 61 Waverly Street 40B site. For the 10-60 Main Street mixed-use project on a contaminated 7.88-acre mill complex, the Commission unanimously approved GCG Associates for stormwater peer review; both hearings are continued to March 30 pending additional applicant documentation.
