ASHLAND — Conservation Commission defers three hearings to May 11 as applicants finalize designs. The Ashland Conservation Commission unanimously continued a Request for Stormwater Management Permit for Depietri Group's subdivision at Highland Road and Ballard Road, where drainage and groundwater concerns require further technical coordination with the Department of Public Works and peer reviewers. The Commission also continued hearings on a resource area delineation at 366 Pleasant Street and a Notice of Intent at 90 Waverly Street.

In separate business, it unanimously ratified three Emergency Certifications for hazardous tree removal at 72 Pond Street, 262 Cedar Street, and 7 Lafollette Road.
