Ashland Conservation Commission amends enforcement order for unpermitted container storage at 0 Pond Street. Chair Gregory Wands led the six-member commission to unanimously amend the order requiring removal of shipping containers from the floodplain and no-disturb zone by April 3, 2026, with a restoration plan due April 23. Conservation Agent Becca Solomon confirmed fines would be suspended as long as progress continues.
The commission also continued three permit hearings to April 13 on unanimous votes.
