Ashland Zoning Board continues 55 West Union Street hearing without discussion. Chair John Trefethen agreed to continue the comprehensive permit hearing for the proposed 116-unit mixed-income development, with 87 market-rate units and 29 income-restricted units, to August 11 after applicants' engineers reported that site borings were complete but final recommendations were not yet ready. The application, first reviewed in August 2025, had been continued several times.
The board voted unanimously on the continuance and also approved prior meeting minutes from June 23 and July 14. Additionally, the board announced two openings effective September 1: one full Member position and one Associate Member position.
