Bestselling Author Jane Healey Visits Ashland Library Tuesday
Ashland Public Library welcomes bestselling historical fiction author Jane Healey for two events Tuesday, Aug. 11: an in-person book club discussion and a virtual author talk, anchoring a full slate of library programming this week.
COMMUNITY & ARTS
The library's Historical Fiction Book Club meets in person Tuesday to discuss Healey's novel "The Saturday Evening Girls Club." The same day, the library hosts a virtual event billed as "Historical Fiction Book Recs with Bestselling Author, Jane Healey," giving residents a second way to hear from the author.
Tuesday is also busy elsewhere on the library calendar. Clocktown Rockers, a program for children ages 2 to 5 with a caregiver, meets that morning, and the library's Online Adult Summer Reading Challenge 2026 continues in installments through Wednesday, Aug. 12. The library's Teacher Tales series, which recently featured teachers DiModica and Forrest, adds two new installments Tuesday with kindergarten teacher Ms. Nanatovich and first grade teacher Ms. Grace.
