Ashland Open Space and Recreation Committee seeks major revisions to recreation plan draft. The six-member panel, led by Chair Roberta Soolman, voted unanimously on March 17 to approve prior minutes and directed members to edit their assigned sections of a rough OSRP document, citing deficient writing, grammar, spelling, and technical content. Greg Wands reported the Community Preservation Committee supports eminent domain taking of the Collins property adjacent to Town Forest if purchase negotiations fail.
