Ashland October Home Sales Range From $435,000 To $1.3 Million
Ashland recorded nine home sales with prices in October, ranging from $435,000 to $1,300,000, with a median of $710,000. The month's top sale was 49 Indian Brook Road, which sold for $1,300,000 on Oct. 5 to Sidney and Susandra Pasaribu Ma. Two Algonquin Trail condo units also sold during the month.

Separately, 11 of the 20 total recorded property transfers carried only nominal considerations, mostly reflecting trust or family-related transfers rather than market sales. Based on the recorded data, October's market-sale volume was modest relative to overall deed activity in town.
