Nineteen Ashland properties sold between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 16 of those deeds disclosing a price ranging from $412,175 to $4,075,000 and a median of $661,000. The top sale was 158 Butterfield Drive at $4,075,000, an LLC-to-LLC transfer. Prospect Street and Algonquin Trail each saw two sales during the period. Three sales, including two apparent same-family trust transfers, did not disclose a price. With ten of the 16 disclosed sales landing between $500,000 and $1 million, the data shows a broad price spread rather than concentration in any single tier.
