Ashland Deed Recordings Show $3.66 Million Spread Between July's Highest and Lowest Sales
Twenty properties changed hands in Ashland between July 3 and Aug. 1, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records, with disclosed prices ranging from $412,175 to $4,075,000 and a median of $661,000 among the 14 sales with reported prices. The month's top transaction was a $4,075,000 sale at 158 Butterfield Drive, transferred between two LLCs. Prospect Street and Algonquin Trail each saw two recorded sales. Six transfers, including several into family living trusts, carried no disclosed price -- common for deed records of this kind. The mix of high-end and undisclosed transfers makes it hard to characterize the period as favoring either buyers or sellers based on the data alone.
